Tchanmeni Health Services has received certification from DBHDS VA and all federal agencies to provide help for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This program is based on the individual and is designed to enable them to overcome their medical or behavioral condition. Our objective is to facilitate the integration of the individuals we assist into their community, supported by our professionally trained personnel.
In-Home Support
Tchanmeni Health Services offers individualized, person-centered care to individuals with disabilities in their homes. Nevertheless, the services may also be provided within the community for those who choose not to remain at home during the service delivery time. All activities are customized for the individual, with goal setting and activity planning conducted in collaboration with the service recipient or an advocate. We ensure that the priorities of the individual we assist take precedence.
Companion Services
Tchanmeni Health Services offers companion services to those with impairments, assisting them in engaging in different community activities. Our distinguished team is trained to help the individuals we serve by serving as companions, facilitating their integration into the community, and supporting them in various activities of their choosing.
Respite Daily
Tchanmeni Health Services provides temporary care for those with impairments, alleviating family concerns over care provision during their absence or unavailability.
